Josh’s 10+ years of experience in the screening & abuse prevention industry ensures that youth sports best practices are utilized for athlete and organizational safety programs as well as to help organizations navigate through Safe Sport Act Compliance and selecting the proper abuse training services.
”After working with Players Health as a partner for the past 4 years, I fell in love with the mission (create the safest environment possible for our athletes to play the sport they love) as it mirrors my own personal mission. For far too long, the voices of athletes have gone unheard. We have an obligation to empower and educate our athletes, coaches, parents and volunteers on the best abuse prevention strategies in the world. By doing so, we will reduce and hopefully eliminate all forms of abuse in youth sports!” Josh OpiolaJosh is proudly married to Nikki, a special education teacher, and is a father of two: Tessa (15), a high school hockey player, and Quinn (12), a middle School baseball player & golfer.
